Shipping & Handling:

NOTE: Any orders placed on 12/24/09 Thursday - 12/27/09 Sunday will be shipped on 12/28/09 Monday.

All of our orders are shipped within 48 hours upon receiving your payment (except on Holidays and Weekends). For all International Orders are shipped USPS, but should you have any questions or problems placing an order please contact us at info@techshell.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know so that we can have the chance to correct any problem and really earn our grade. If there is a problem, we will fix it. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal here.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 10 days of receiving your product. We will provide a refund on the purchase price of the product, minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping/ Handling charges are non-refundable. Customers pay for the cost of return shipping. We want you to be informed about, and satisfied with our products and service, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to email us at info@techshell.com.

Exchanges Policy:

Contact us within 10 days of receiving your product. If the unit is not in new condition, an exchange/re-stocking fee may be applied. Customer will pay for all shipping charges and any difference in price between original and replacement units.

Warranty:

Our One Year warranty is expressly limited to the person in the US, and all foreign countries who purchase Techshell product for resale or use in the ordinary course of the usage. Our One Year warranty does not cover any product or part that has been abused, worn out, heated, ground or otherwise altered by any shape or form, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended or use in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding it in use. Techshell reserves the right to repair or replace, at our discretion, damaged or defective merchandise with the closest equivalent product on-hand, at the time of return.
